We are Steve & Cyndy Alling.

We own & operate ALL THINGS AUCTIONEERS. All Things Auctioneers is a licensed family auction business offering services in:

estate auctions
estate sales
personal property auctions
down sizing/moving auctions
business liquidations

We currently serve the entire upstate:

Greenville
Spartanburg
Anderson
Laurens
Cherokee counties
And many surrounding counties & states.

What makes us different than most other companies in the Upstate? Unlike most, we, the owners, personally run each auction from start to finish.

Steve Alling is licensed by the state of South Carolina. Our office manager is Cyndy Alling. Don’t be surprised to see our children & family members helping out onsite. We love our family and we love what we do.

Every auction we conduct is run in it’s own unique way. Most auctions are owner run from start to finish. We also have a knowledgeable crew on hand to lend their own individual talents & experience to help make every auction a success.

What to expect with an online onsite auction:

We come to you! Whether home or business. We then will:

sort through your items & choose which items to sell & advise you on which items are better to donate.
inventory, number & picture each item or group
catalog your items into Proxibid (our auction platform)
advertise your auction in multiple places including 103.3 EarthFM
When your auction ends, buyers come to pick up their winnings according to the date agreed upon. Our company brings the buyer’s purchases out to them, no one is allowed inside the client’s home (unless otherwise discussed & accompanied by a staff member)
If requested, we can also advise you on the removal of unsold & remaining items from your home/business.
clean out your entire property (if needed for additional fee)

If you are faced with having to liquidate an estate or business, call us. We can come up with a plan that best suits YOUR needs. In most cases, we can begin working immediately. We will personally run your auction from beginning to end.
